HOW TO ORDER:

***A MOCKUP IMAGE WILL BE SENT TO YOU FOR FINAL APPROVAL PRIOR TO CREATING SWEATSHIRT 

1. Choose crewneck color
2. Select size
3. Note thread color choice at checkout 
4. Note dog name and desired sleeve placement at checkout (Right or Left Sleeve) 
5. Email photo of dog with order number to sewchillthreads@gmail.com

DETAILS:

• Please provide a clear image of pet with good lighting.
• Turn Around Time: Once photo is received, please allow 3-5 business days for mock up to be sent via email.
• Once mock up approval has been given, please allow 7-10 business days for production prior to shipping. 
• Please include thread color and pet name with desired sleeve in the notes section at checkout. If no thread color is noted, one will be carefully selected for you.

 RETURN POLICY:

• We send a mock up prior to creating your order to ensure you are 100% happy. If for some reason you do not like the mock up, we are happy to edit it or cancel the order at that stage and issue a full refund. Returns or exchanges are unfortunately not offered on custom items once the item is in production - unless the item arrived damaged. Please double check all order details for accuracy. Thank you for understanding!
