HOW TO ORDER:

***A MOCKUP IMAGE WILL BE SENT TO YOU FOR FINAL APPROVAL PRIOR TO CREATING HOOP ART 

1. Email photo of pet with order number to sewchillthreads@gmail.com
2. Note pet name at checkout

DETAILS:

• Please provide a clear image of pet with good lighting.
• Turn Around Time: Once photo is received, please allow 3-5 business days for mock up to be sent via email.
• Once mock up approval has been given, please allow 7-10 business days for production prior to shipping.
• Hoop Material: Canvas 
• Thread Color: Black
• Size: 6in x 6 in Wooden Hoop
• Hoop fabric backing will be carefully selected based on what I have in stock.

 RETURN POLICY:

• We send a mock up prior to creating your order to ensure you are 100% happy. If for some reason you do not like the mock up, we are happy to edit it or cancel the order at that stage and issue a full refund. Returns or exchanges are unfortunately not offered on custom items once the item is in production - unless the item arrived damaged.
